The next online meeting of the Scientific Council of the Department of Biological and Medical Sciences of ANAS was held.

Opening the meeting, Vice-President of ANAS, Chairman of the Scientific Council, Academician Irada Huseynova acquainted the participants with the current issues.

First, academician Irada Huseynova spoke about the process of organizing the work of the Problem Council on Biological, Agrarian and Medical Sciences within the structure of the Coordination Council for Scientific Research of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the formation of its sections in relevant fields.

Then, academician Irada Huseynova gave recommendations on structural reforms to be carried out in accordance with the mandates of the institutes, the specifics of scientific work.
