The event was organized by Institute of Dendrology of ANAS, University of Pamukkale, Turkey, Belarusian State University, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Institute of Radiation Biology and Biotechnology of Kazakhstan, Committee on Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Russian State Agrarian University.

Tofig Mammadov, director of the Institute of Dendrology, co - author of the symposium, corresponding member of ANAS, made a report on theme "Biodiversity Landscape Architecture of Absheron" at the symposium.

In all, the symposium discussed situation of the biodiversity and its protection in Eurasia.
