The research base is engaged in collection of genetic diversity of cultivated plants and their wild relatives (mostly fruits, berries, grapes and herbs), propagation, conservation, study, initial breeding, creating of new varieties, districting, organization of saplings and their distribution in Sheki- Zagatala region.
