A seminar titled Familial Hypercholesterolemia (FH) has been held at Genetic Resources Institute (GRI)
A seminar titled “Biostatistical evaluation of cascade screening for Familial Hypercholesterolemia (FH)” has been held at Genetic Resources Institute (GRI) of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS).
A memberof Human Genetics Group of Biotechnology Department of the GRE, Junior Scientific Researcher Nigar Mammadova made a report about her master’s work at the event.
She highlighted participants of the seminar on the resume of the cascade screening programme against the FH in Great Britain. She also provided a detailed insight into the above mentioned decease and diagnosis and treatment strategy.
N.Mammadova obtained her master’s degree at University of Aberdeen after graduation from Baku State University.
