An article by the staff of Genetic Resources Institute of ANAS (Doctor of Philosophy in Biological Sciences, Associate Professor Khanbala Rustamov, Corresponding Member of ANAS Zeynal Akparov, Doctor of Philosophy in Biological Sciences, Associate Professor Mehraj Abbasov) "Adaptive potential of durum wheat varieties (Triticum durum Desf.) of Azerbaijan" was published in the scientific journal of The N.I. Vavilov All-Russian Institute of Plant Genetic Resources. The article is based on the results of many years of research on the adaptive potential of ancient local, folk and scientific breeding varieties of durum wheat, created in Azerbaijan in various agro-climatic conditions. The journal is one of the best known and most widely read journals on plant genetic resources in the Russian Federation.
